Clients may request the cancellation of services provided by NSNR FUTURE at any time by contacting our customer service department via email or phone. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing and include the client’s name, contact information, and details of the services to be canceled.

Timing of Cancellation

Cancellation timing is crucial and may affect applicable fees. Clients are encouraged to notify NSNR FUTURE of their intent to cancel services as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges. If cancellation occurs after services have commenced but before completion, the client will be responsible for payment for the services provided up to the cancellation date.

Fees for Cancellation

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and services rendered. Refund Policy

Clients seeking a refund for services provided by NSNR FUTURE must submit a formal refund request in writing to our billing department via email. The refund request should include the client’s name, contact information, details of the services for which a refund is being requested, and a justification for the refund.

Review and Approval Process

Refund requests will be reviewed by our management team on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a refund is subject to our discretion and will be based on the circumstances of the request. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria or are not justified.

Refund Issuance

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 days of the approval date. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise specified by the client. Clients should allow sufficient time for the refund to reflect in their account based on the processing time of their financial institution.

Completed or Partially Completed Services

No refunds will be provided for services that have been completed or partially completed. Once work has commenced on a project, clients are responsible for payment for the services provided up to the point of cancellation.

Monthly Retainer Fees and Subscription Services

Refunds will not be issued for monthly retainer fees or subscription-based services. Clients are responsible for payment of these fees for the duration of the agreed-upon term, regardless of cancellation.

Breach of Contract

In the event of project cancellation due to breach of contract by NSNR FUTURE, a full refund will be issued to the client. This includes situations where NSNR FUTURE fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe or to the required standard.

Provision of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the completion of the project. Failure to provide necessary information or feedback may result in project delays and additional fees.

Cooperation and Collaboration

Clients are expected to cooperate and collaborate with NSNR FUTURE throughout the duration of the project. This includes providing feedback, attending meetings, and participating in the decision-making process as required.

Negotiation and Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a cancellation or refund request, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.  NSNR FUTURE is committed to resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.

Legal Action

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may pursue legal action as outlined in the terms of our service agreement. Both parties agree to abide by the terms of the service agreement and any applicable laws governing dispute resolution.
